Teton Steel

We are a metal roofing and siding manufacturer in Idaho. Our story started in 1994, when David and Cathy Smith founded Teton Steel in Idaho Falls, Idaho.  They founded the business to address a need for custom-manufactured metal roofing and supplies produced to exacting standards at competitive prices.  

As Teton Steel has grown, we’ve focused toward the future, strategically implementing facility and equipment improvements and building upon providing top-notch customer service with superior attention to detail.  David and Cathy’s now-adult children have opened and operate metal roofing manufacturing businesses in Colorado and Montana, building upon the skills and foresight taught by their parents while growing up and working in the Teton Steel family business.

Teton Steel products are “American Made Products”.  We are proud that as a company, we provide locally-manufactured roofing and siding products that are high quality and meet each customer’s specifications.  We are committed to advancing sustainable design and building strategies. Our products are focused toward energy conservation and durability. We provide metal roofing and supplies for the entire sector we service—commercial, agricultural and residential markets.
