Idaho Shakespeare Festival

Since 1977 Idaho Shakespeare Festival has been creating “great theater in the great outdoors”. The mission of Idaho Shakespeare Festival is to produce great theater, entertain, and educate. ISF’s mainstage season consists of 5 plays, and takes place in a world class state-of-the-art outdoor amphitheater located in a stunning and unique habitat reserve. Picnicking is encouraged and food is available onsite from the gourmet Shakespeare’s Marketplace by Lisa Peterson. A beloved community tradition not to be missed! ISF also operates a vibrant selection of educational programming and outreach including School of Theater, Camp Shakespeare, Apprentice Company, and two school touring performances, Idaho Theater for Youth and Shakespearience.
