Idaho Kombucha is a small-batch brewery in Boise. Our traditionally fermented kombucha is a living, functional beverage crafted with certified organic and wild foraged ingredients. Each sparkling probiotic brew is aromatic with nuanced flavor and a crisp, dry finish. We have five year round flavors and one seasonal release in 12 oz. aluminum cans and on draft.
