B and D Foods was founded in 1972 to supply our signature “Finger Steaks” to a regional chain of fast-food restaurants.
Our Finger Steaks are portioned whole muscle beef strips that are marinated, battered, and deep-fried to crunchy, juicy perfection. It was a great way to get started.

Finger Steaks remain an Idaho staple that we produce and sell through foodservice distributors throughout the Northwest and Midwest. Over the years we have expanded the product line to include a variety of other fully cooked battered whole muscle meats, including our best seller Tempura Chicken.
